I came across Jay's Trees & Gutters when I was looking for a tree company in my area. I called in to schedule a tree removal. I was able to schedule for the day I requested and their crew showed up on time and took down the the dead tree we had. Their staff was friendly and professional. After taking the tree down, they cleaned up and left no mess behind. I strongly recommend this tree company to anyone in the area looking for tree service. I will for sure use them again If need a tree removal service.

I came across Jay's service from a neighbor who was having limb removal completed. I spoke with Jay on the spot and he was able to give me a quote that day. His price for both tree and stump removal (20+ year old maple), was more than fairly priced. Jay was able to work within my schedule and had both the tree and stump removed within a 3 day period. Keep in mind that the January snow storm of 2022 had just happened. Jay's team also ensured that the area of work in my front was tidy and cleaned up before departing. I recommend using Jays Tree and Gutters to anyone within the Roswell area. Next time I have a tree to remove, I'm making one call only to Jay.
I am extremely pleased with Jay Trees and Gutter LLC. He responds instantly for my request just that alone is a wonderful pleasurable experience. I can't tell you how often I have called and got unreliable shoddy work and absolutely no response when I let contractors know something is wrong. Jay is completely opposite of that!! He is honest and pleasant to do business with. Words can't express how happy I am with the work he has done. Needless to say I will be using his services again and again.
Jay service was great. I had two trees removed by them. They were very professional and removed all tree parts that were cut. Then he came back to rake and blow the saw dust off the lawn. I would recommend Jays tree service to everyone who is looking to have their trees cut down.

Jay came over took a look at what I needed and beat everyone else’s prices for the removal of 2 large trees in my backyard. His team came on a Sunday to complete the job and they were on time, efficient, and very professional. Jay was also very accommodating when I threw in a third tree at the last minute. I would use him again if I had more trees, but since I don’t I recommend that you use him for your tree removal.

We have used Jay’s Trees Service 4 times to cut down trees and trim branches. Jay was punctual, very efficient and reasonably priced. We have been very happy with his service and we will use him again.
We were so glad to have stumbled upon Jay’s Trees and Gutters. He and his team are fabulous. When we called, the response was quick with a phone call and subsequently via text, as he was on another job, but STILL managed to respond in a timely manner. We expected it would at least be much later in the day, or even the next morning because of the nature of the time consuming, and dangerous job that tree service is, but it was much sooner. At any rate, we thought the response was excellent and his timing was impeccable! We received an estimate and it was on par with what we were expecting —even better actually—and we ultimately chose his company for the job, not only for the cost, but mainly because of his response time and his obvious work ethic. The fact that he was extremely pleasant from the start, was huge to us. This alone goes a LONG way in my book, personally! We called back to make an appointment and on the agreed date, they arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work. Everything was taken care of with precision, and care and they cleaned everything up and were on their way. All with such sweet, pleasant smiles on all of their faces. I mean, what a crew he has. Just awesome. We would highly recommend them. We are also going to have them clean gutters for us, and have also hired them for the parent’s tree job as well. Such truly nice, hard-working folks just wanting to make an honest living like the rest of us. They will go far with their work ethic, quality of work, and their pleasant demeanor alone, and we wish for all of the success they can possibly attain! We had an emergency at our mother’s house in Georgia, because of a downed tree. We called Jays Trees and Gutters, their response was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their service, you will not be disappointed!

Jay was referred to me by a neighbor. He provided a fair quote, established expectations, followed up with me, and executed the work by arriving on time with a crew that was ready to work. Three tall pines cut and removed and other trimming and pruning was done in half a day. The cleanup was especially amazing. I will absolutely use the service again!
Jay was super responsive and easy to work with! Work was done quickly and perfectly! Cut a bunch of trees away from the house and cleaned my gutters. Did a great job at a reasonable price.
It's such a blessing when you come across business owners who do what they say they're going to do. Jay was referred to me by a former neighbor after my original tree guy kept flaking out on me, and other bidders gave me outrageous prices for one tree removal. Within 20 minutes of my contacting Jay, he was at my house to give an estimate. Since my original tree guy still did not come through (even after he said he would be at my house on Monday), I contacted Jay on Tuesday around 12:30 pm. He emailed me his Certificate of Liability (which I verified) and was at my house within an hour or so to start the task at hand. He worked until it got too dark and was back the next morning to finish up. His contact came to get the logs from the street that afternoon (which was a surprise and a huge plus) and Jay finished up by cleaning out my gutters (and even my neighbor's side gutters where the branches had fallen over the months). Now, that's service!!! Overall BEST experience I have had in a long time. I didn't have to track him down or wait days for him to call me back. And he didn't damage anything ???? He and his guys worked really hard. I am grateful for their professionalism. Lesson Learned: Sometimes you just have to move on from the familiar (my original tree guy) to move forward.
